This shotgun tournament will start promptly at 7:00 A.M. Format will include individual and team competition of 4 players, 3 to count.

Interested parties may fill up the registration forms and return them duly accomplished on or before October 02, 2009, 5:00 P.M. at fax no. 896-0901. Reservations not cancelled before the deadline will automatically be billed at full cost.

We will limit our participants to only 144 players on FIRST PAY, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

a. A team will be composed of 4 players (3 to count).

b. The 18 hole tournament will be played shot-gun starting at 7:00 am. Players are urged to register 30 minutes before the start of the tournament. Light breakfast will be served.

c. Final groupings of classes will be made based on gross scores and number of participants.

d. Play will be under MOLAVE POINT FORMAT

*Player must pick up when playing triple bogey or worse

e. All participants shall tee off from the White Tees and Ladies from the Red Tees.

f. Play shall be governed by the USGA and the Royal & Ancient Rules of Golf as well as the Local Rules of Alabang Country Club.

g. In case of ties, the last 9/6/3 hole total scores of the 4-man team will be used to break the ties.

h. Winning Teams/players will be awarded in the following manner:

For Team Players:

OVER ALLTEAM CHAMPION - 1 Permanent Trophy (to be retained with PCCI, name of the winners will be engraved) + 4 individual Trophies

TEAM CHAMPION CLASS (A, B & C) - One Trophy for each Team (+ 4 individual Trophies)

TEAM RUNNER-UP CLASS (A, B & C) - One Trophy for each Team (+ 4 individual Trophies)

For Individual Player:

OVER ALL CHAMPION - Fidel V. Ramos and PCCI Trophies

CHAMPION GROUP (1,2,3 & 4) - 1 Trophy each

RUNNER-UP GROUP (1,2,3 & 4) - 1 Trophy each

i. The Over-all-Champion and Fidel V. Ramos Trophies will be awarded to the player with the most number of points.

j. Hole-In-One Prizes will be given in all par 3 holes. If there are more than one winner on the same hole, the prize unit or units as the case may be, will be shared equally. All corresponding taxes shall be for the account of the winner or winners.

k. Pairing will be published and will be strictly followed. Unavoidable changes of pairings can only be made subject to the approval of the committee chairman Mr. Francis Ferrer.

l. Mulligan stubs will be sold during registration @ P100.00 per 9 holes.

m. The 18 inches radius or 36 inches diameter circle gimmie putt will be allowed.

n. Participation is limited to amateur players.

o. The decision of the Tournament Committee is final.
